What is a CILA? Community Integrated Living Arrangement are group homes for individuals with developmental disabilities.
My Life My Home operates eight CILA homes throughout St. Clair and Clinton Counties in Illinois. Four to six individuals reside within each home. We implement person-centered planning by which services within the home are developed based off of the choices and needs of each individual.
Our team will support and guide the individuals to live as independent as possible, learning new skills in self-care, cooking, cleaning, money management and how to be a good citizen within their community.
Additional services include personal/case management, health coordination, participation in community outings and events, and group activities.
