Leadership Team
We have a dedicated team at each CILA home, which allows our employees to truly learn about each individual and how to provide the best, individualized support.
We strive to gain awareness of the aspirations and feelings of the individuals we serve and assure that they are afforded the rights, privileges, opportunities and responsibilities accorded to all citizens.
